Someone who understands both your professional and personal aspects, who creates a space where you can freely express all your thoughts about your business and personal situation without worrying about being judged. Or just someone who can bring a breath of fresh air, with whom you can step outside your routine to clear your head. So that you can see your path more clearly and move forward.
Way of working
When you hire a consultant, you usually get a – well-founded – opinion, because consulting is about giving advice. A coach, on the other hand, has an open attitude, is your guide and fellow traveller for your own process, your own journey of discovery. With me, you get both in one, with a balance of coaching and consulting that matches what you need at this moment. I have a degree in business economics, 25 years of work experience in responsible positions, where I also gained a lot of technical knowledge, and a degree as a professional coach.
I don’t offer an ‘expert model’ but a ‘partnership model’, because I am convinced that only together (almost) anything is possible. With my knowledge and experience, we can think outside the box to find the right path or solution for you. You can expect honest interest, good structure, and sparkling creativity from me.

Practical Information
The search for the ‘right’ coach and/or consultant is always complicated. You can check education, diplomas, certificates, and experience, but the choice remains a personal matter. Is there a ‘click’ between you and me? That’s why a short introduction in person, by phone, or by video call is always free.
As I find it important to see and experience the whole picture, including the atmosphere in your company, I’ll come to you – except if you have a reason to meet somewhere else. We begin the process with an intake, where we’ll explore your topics in detail and address any related questions you may have. Then we’ll also agree on the number of sessions and the time frame.
Rates
– Intake and sessions: EUR 125 per hour, excluding VAT
– Travel time to location: half hourly rate
– Travel expenses to location: per km
The rate is calculated for the duration of the intake and the sessions. The preparation of each session beforehand as well as my reflection and evaluation of your process afterwards are of course included. In addition, I invest time in training, networking, and literature research, which enables me to offer you the quality that I believe you deserve.
