It is very difficult to find employees! A phrase you hear more and more often. That’s why it’s becoming increasingly important that your employees are satisfied and enjoy their work. However, work efficiency is also important for your company so that all tasks can be completed despite a possible shortage of staff. This is exactly where my concept of corporate coaching for employees comes in.

Way of working

Almost everyone has unresolved issues from time to time that preoccupy them or finds themselves stuck in a dilemma that distracts them. Whether it concerns personal or professional development, communication, stress, cooperation at work, or difficulties in relationships and families: coaching gives every topic sufficient space to be explored. The guided process creates inner peace, answers and solutions are found before things develop into real problems. This helps employees to better concentrate on their work, which increases efficiency and also reduces the risk of absenteeism due to, for example, stress-related illnesses.

 

As a trained Professional Coach, I can draw on my unique background and extensive practical business experience. I have worked as a charterer and project manager for offshore vessels for over 25 years. This means I speak ‘the same language’ as the people I coach. And that’s also true in the literal sense, as I work in three languages: English, German, and Dutch. This allows employees from other countries to participate without any problems and ensures that they are not excluded. It is important to me that people feel seen and understood and their individual needs have priority in my coaching sessions.

Practical Information

The search for the ‘right’ coach is always complicated. You can check education, diplomas, certificates, and experience, but the choice remains a personal matter. Therefore, it is important that we meet and get to know each other. That I can explain my way of working to you and gain insight into your vision and motivations. Only then will we set sail together.

 

Under our agreement, any employee may contact me to schedule an individual appointment. Each process begins with an intake of approximately one hour, during which we explore the employee’s topics in detail and address any related questions they may have. Then we’ll also agree on the number of sessions and the time frame. I’m usually taking around 1,5 hours for each session. This allows us to go on their journey at an easy pace, without rush.

 

My coaching room is located in Zuidbroek, about halfway between Groningen and the German border. The location is easy to reach from all directions. If desired, the sessions can also take place at the company, provided that a quiet, undisturbed room is available. Online coaching is also possible, of course, if someone lives further away. We will agree on this individually.

 

Rates

– Intake & Sessions: EUR 95 per hour, excluding VAT

– Travel time to location: half hourly rate

– Travel expenses to location: per km
